See yoi all are talkin about not being able to drive your trucks, thats why I moved south my truck is year round and I dont need to buy a snow shovel. Lovin the south and lovin my truck. drive about 200 miles a week at a steady 12 miles a gallon..Ouch. $359 for premium non ethanal.

Oh I see the suspension change in 98. Its looks likle the headers you have are the same as I in my 93, you might need to swap them.

You will have a problem with clearence for your headers, assuming your using thes. Jegs has the proper mounts for the v8 swap for $95. they also have ceramic headers for $450.

As carvinmar said as I too, eliminate the return. Are your floats adjusted correctly. You can serch you tube on most carb and they will give you walk through instruction on adjusting your floats. Thats what it sounds like to me.

I know I tried to run a regulator and was unsuccessful. took it back and found they recalled that hooly relay. i also had trouble with running a retuen line. there are several ways to hhok up the regulator maybe its not working. oh thats why he at 15 lbs. Would imagine he will still have to take the same route to getiing there as far as eliminating the stock pumps and lines and making sure there are no kinks in the line.

My dad than I have had a lot of problems with fuel pumps. You must eliminate just the pump in the tank but leave the pick up. (pulling through will eventually cause the electric pump to fail.) im with progressive now and they will come out and appraise it and insure for a stated amount. Grundy insurance will cover anything over 25 years old to an appraised value. State farm will take pictures and insure a stateed amount. I think the base line for these trucks should start at 5k. I wouldnt...

I just had a job in Jackson (an hour away) and I got 14 MPG but around town I dont get very good. I think my chock needed adjusted which I did the other day after going to Jackson. will see if its any better.
