I dont know what your state emisstions are, but I know here in NY state, anything 96 and newer has to be pluged in to the OBDII port to pass inspection. If you take off the EFI you wont have the computer and therefore cant be pluged in.

Well the line I bought on e-bay may just be to short. Its a stock replacement line but I think its going to be about an inch to short. I will find out Monday when I try and put it in.

How do you put pictures in a post?

I personly would ditch that motor and get the 5.0HO. You can rebuild that put a cam in it and some GT-40 heads for the $1000 and I think you will be allot happyer with the performance of that over that old 351. Thats just my opinion.
