The '95 computer was chosen so it could run the 4R70W. It was also what the chip burner recomended. As for the shift retard we can play with that if needed when tuning the chip. Been working on a '90 ranger super cab for about a year. Started as dad's truck but when the 4.0 split a head towing the boat he called it quits.
