My buddy has one of the BBK ssi intakes on his foxbody and it makes the same whistling noise. Ive heard it on a few.

The lower is off a 1979 ltd 2. I had to cut a little bit off each end to get it right and iI had to soak one end in hot water to get it over the water kneck water pump. But it fits and works fine. Yep its the Exploder rad.

Im not sure on a disc brake setup but my 88 parking brake cable worked perfect and were the same for the Explorer rear end with drums.

Any year will bolt up. 90-92s are narrower then 93 and newer. Depends on what year your truck is to which one you should look for. Thats my 88 but my 83 is the same way. I believe all the first gens are like that. At least every one I have seen.

My 88 and my 83 speedos are both on the right.
