Drop spindles are not available.

Drop Ibeams are available. I recommend DJM, but there are others. Belltech makes an expensive beam, and other copy it (chassis tech, canuck motorsport, etc.)

Beams typically drop the front 3", and require new camber busings/eccentrics.

You need to get camber eccentrics to correct it.
NAPA part number 264-3950 is a favourite. It can correct up to 4 degrees of positive or negative camber.
It is a double adjustable model, so it can correct castor at the same time.
On the right:

Drop springs will be no different than cut springs.
My truck has cut springs. It was a 4.0, I cut exactly 1 coil off, and it lowered it exaclty 2". It also has 3" DJM ibeams.

With the 3950 eccentrics, I have zero negative camber. The 302 did not drop it one bit, either.

Best of luck.

your truck is just as low as mine I think how much did the caster camber kit run you roughly?

Depends if your vehicle had progressive rate springs or linear rate springs from the factory. Cut a progressive rate spring and it will be a horrible ride.

Agreed. But we were just referencing camber issues.
