Rocker panel skirts
You can use rocker panel covers from a late 90's model Explorer to simulate GT ground effects. All you need to do is trim them down to fit and cap off the ends. Try to retain clips from panels, then all you need to do is drill your holes and pop them in.

I got a full skirt package off my '86, all the sides roll pan and front skirt w/ fog lights. I don't know what year yours is, but it will work up to a '92 as a '93 is different body I'll try to find some pics to post!
