Hi Everyone,
After dealing with engine swap mandated home made cooler lines consisting of cut off brake line, flared and with a piece of hose clamped over the end I finally stumbled across a good solution that I thought I would like to share with you guys.
I had these made at the local Hydraulic shop. Cost was $130 out the door. The hoses are 5' long each, and have the 5/16" inverted flare connector for the AOD on one side, and a 1/4" NPT on the other end.
They are rated to an operating temperature of 450 F and can easily address the pressure from the AOD cooler circuit.

well worth the money to stop those irritating tranny line leaks. I like it.

YES, I am looking for something that is bone dry and very reliable, it looks like this will do the job. Going to be vibration friendly, heat friendly, flexible friendly, etc.

My hardlines where leak friendly and completely sealed but wow can't beat the flexible friendly factor. Very nice. Twisting & bending hardline in place is always a chore.

Re: Transmission Cooler Line Example
I am hoping that this is the last set that I will ever have to buy.
I keep my cooler under the bed too, and round trip the cooling hoses length is something like 22'. GOOD news is that the trans temp never touches 170 F, and usually runs in the low 100s. Would probably do less than that if the hot engine was not bolted to it and the hot exhaust was kept away.
I tried a few variations on the hard line, never could make something not leak over time and would fit in places where it needed to go.
Trying to get these in this week and I will take a couple of snapshots, I will post back when I have some install photos.
