V.S.S. Vehicle Speed Sensor

Post by 94stranger »

I think the V.S.S is located below the rad support drivers' side???

Is this what this is and do you need it?

you'll find they are the same. Ford's wiring runs accross all models. gy/bk and pk/og is vss. red is ecc power. back up light power is bk/pk, etc. If you can get an EVTM and follow the circuits you can find connectors that separate the engine harness and body harnesses. I have about 5 feet at the longest point left of my mustang eec harness. Most of it was cut down to about 2 1/2 feet and I was able to graft it into the ranger and make it look factory. What colors are the wires youre talking about? Primary color first then tracer. (a gray wire with a yellow stripe is gy/ye)
