Brakes
Hey everyone kinda new to the site and had a thought that has been wondering around in my mind about brakes for the front of my 85. Is it possible to put a mustang spindal, dont know what year or anything just something I thought of one day, on a ranger. If you can, could you buy a bear or wilwood big brake kit and it fit. Just wondering if anyone has thought of this or tried it. Thanks

You can get the front I beams, spindles, rotors, and calipers off of a 95-97 Ranger and it will be dual piston instead of the single piston brake we have.
There is also another option but way more expensive. There is a guy on Ranger Powersports that makes a hub and bracket for the caliper that goes on the stock spindle to use 03 Cobra brakes or any aftermarket kit for a newer model Mustang.
