Rear airbag suspensions for Rangers

How worth it are rear airbag setups? One of my old complaints with my Ranger is that when loaded, it really sags the back end. I considered airshocks but was warned not to bother years ago for only occasional hauling as they make the ride so stiff when there's no load. So I thought maybe airbags would let me ride more comfortably and give me the ability to pump the rear up when I've got a bed full of cinder blocks, mulch, or whatever that's heavy.
Any thoughts or experience as to whether these kits are worth the cost and install? Also it looks like they might not be an option for me given I already have James Duff traction bars. Just looking at pics of how the bags bolt in, the could interfere with the bars.
