I posted a link to the test in one of the posts above. I have read a few pages of it but powered out. Well worth it IMHO.

: Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords did a lot of tests of just what you are looking for a couple of years ago. They did a test on street EFI motors, about 15 in total, going from stock to hotter. The stock 5.0L actually dyno'd at 250hp used as a baseline.
: They also tested a bunch of stroker motor also in a later issue. They've also done a really good tests on all the different heads available, depending on street or all out race.
