KS input inside an A9P ECU

Any one know if there is any internal architecture inside the ECU that would take a Knock Sensor input?
Trucks have a KS on pin 23(for truck ECU's), but the Probst manual doesn't say. There isn't a pin 23 in the 60 pin connector either. Any thoughts? Wouldn't it be good to run KS on a car ECU, Hummmmm ... .
