I got to thinking about it. The input shaft and pilot bearing are not affected by speed of the vehicle. I can be doing 3000rpm at a complete stop or 3000rpm at 80mph. Yet I'm not able to reproduce the vibe noise until the vehicle gets up to around 55+ mph (on the ground, not jackstands) which I think indicates something after the input shaft that would be affected by speed.

I think that eliminates the input shaft and the cluster setup as it's directly mated to the input shaft and is always spinning in relation to engine rpm, not vehicle speed. The main shaft however is directly related to vehicle speed. The faster you go the faster it turns.
