I can't tell from that pic. I don't know about the 5.0 Ford, but the small block Chevy has the pilot bushing in the end of the crank, and as far as I know the GM crate motors DON'T come with pilot bushings.

That would be great if that's all it is. I wouldn't run it any more 'till you know for sure, though. You can cook your input shaft bearing if you don't have a pilot in there.
