but i think that would entail wiring in about 20-30 sensor wires and start circuit,just like leaving your stock comp in place and adding an ecc iv from a stang 89-93.plus the odb ii plug in your truck will not read the added ecc.it will need its own diag port.since the data path is used on the pats also.id rather pay 200 bucks for ford to tow and reset and just plug and go with all working including the theft system.unless your a hundred miles away from the nearest dealer then get a buddy to tow you with a chain and just pay the 75 bucks for reset.its not as simple as it sounds
